We will coordinate the courier from the airport to the funeral home. The fee to the courier is the only additional fee for you to cover. It is typically $50 if the funeral home is within about 30 miles of the airport. If the funeral home is further away we will work with the local courier to get you the best prices possible. If you want to pick the casket up at the airport with a truck you have that option as well. This would avoid any courier charges.

Lowest Price Caskets will confirm all orders by phone within 24 hours of verification of payment. You will receive a phone call from a Lowest Price Caskets Customer Care representative to address any questions or concerns and to verify delivery information.

After an order is placed Lowest Price Caskets begins immediately to process your order. If something changes please contact us right away. If the casket has already been taken to the airport or placed on a truck the client is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual forwarding and return shipping charges when applicable.
In the unlikely event that there is a dispute with your credit card charge our product must be returned in it’s original condition and original packaging no later than 7 business days from the time of the dispute. After 7 business days if our product has not been returned the customer will be charged 15% interest daily. After 21 days, Lowest Price Caskets will assume the casket is not being returned and consider it stolen property.
Lowest Price Caskets does everything in our power to ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays out of our control including but not limited to: acts of God, weather related delays, acts of war, a declared state of emergency, worker strikes etc.
Caskets will be delivered during normal business hours unless an after hours delivery has been scheduled and paid for. Caskets can be delivered to the funeral home or a commercial or residential location.
You do not have to be present at the funeral home at the time of delivery. However, If the casket is being delivered to another location, the carrier will call for a delivery appointment and someone must be present to accept delivery.
We will assist our clients with any delays caused by the courier. We will do our best to handle the issue without having to burden the client with the problem. In the unlikely event that a problem, delay or issue out of our control occurs with the chosen courier it should be handled directly with the chosen courier not holding Lowest Price Caskets liable.
If you refuse acceptance of the casket and have it sent back to us without notifying Lowest Price Caskets, we will charge you a 30% restocking fee, as well as any shipping or delivery charges.
All Lowest Price Caskets are thoroughly inspected before shipment. It is extremely important to us that our clients are happy with their purchase. If there is damage to the casket upon delivery please contact us immediately so we can research the issue and locate the cause of the damage. All claims must be made within two days of purchase. Please communicate with us so we can work together to solve the issue. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package and the package is returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation charges.
All exchanges or returns must be made within 48 hours after receiving your purchased order. Caskets must be returned in new and unused condition and must contain all original materials, including packaging materials. After inspecting the returned merchandise, within 3 business days Lowest Price Caskets, LLC will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping and 20% restocking fees.
All return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning back to us and shipping it back to the customer) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Any claims for damage caused by the shipper (if an outside shipper is involved) must be processed through the terms and conditions of the shipping company.
We do not accept merchandise for return that has been used, soiled, damaged or altered by the purchaser in any way.
All sales are final on custom orders and products labeled “final sale”.

Upon receipt of the Return Confirmation Number the customer will have 7 business days to return the product for return/exchange less applicable fees. Any returns after the initial 7 days will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the return purchase and insure as needed. Please keep the carrier’s tracking numbers for your records.
